OUR RETURNS PROCESS
14 DAYS RETURN POLICY
This policy is only applicable to unused products. We accept returns for unused products that are returned to us within 14 days of you receiving them i.e. if your product was delivered to you on 1st June we must be notified by 15th June that you intend to return the item back to us. If we are not notified within the 14 days of you receiving the item then we do not have a legal obligation to accept a return. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
To action a return please use the one of the methods stated on the CONTACT US page. If using the Contatct Form method please state your order number and the delivery name and address. We will then send to you via email a returns note which must be sent back with your product for us to action your return. If required you will be sent the return address with your returns note.
If your product has a fault then please mention this in your message. We will happily replace any product if we are notified of the fault within 14 days of you receiving your product. If your product is being replaced, we will provide a postage label for your old product and send you a replacement once your original product has been received by us. The costs of the postage are explained below.
RETURN POSTAGE AND COSTS
All returns postage costs are to be paid by the customer.If you are returning the product for a fault investigation then your return postage cost will be refunded if we discover a manufacturing defect, all returns for faulty investigation must be authorised by gohoverboard.co.uk prior to you sending your product back to us.
When you arrange transportation for the product, you must use a delivery service that provides tracking and requires a signature on delivery. You must also ensure your product is insured for the full purchase price.
gohoverboard.co.uk accepts no liability for lost parcels sent back to us.
RETURN POLICY EXEMPTIONS
The 14 day returns policy forms part of our legal obligation. Your rights are not affected and any governing laws still apply.
We only accept return of unused products in their original packaging with all contents that were originally sent out to you. We will not under any circumstances accept the return of damaged or used products for an exchange or refund. If your product has a fault this will need to be raised in accordance with the warranty process. If a product has been damaged used or has any missing contents and is returned to us we will not issue a refund and you will have to arrange for collection of your product at your own expense.
*You can choose to use our approved returns postage service which includes insurance, signature and tracking. Dependant upon the return type the return postage maybe free or you will have to pay for the service, please see the information below for more details. Our return postage costs are extremely competitive and you will quoted prior to arranging the delivery. If you choose to use your own courier service to send back your item, the product must be sent back to the dispatch location and the service used must include tracking, signature on delivery and be insured for the full amount.
